ICE Portal has added several new travel sites to its growing list of distribution channels. Notably ICE content is now being distributed by Pegasus, and to travel sites like AOL Travelocity, Google, AARP, Yahoo Travel, Group Travel Planet, and more.

ICE Portal’s database is currently being integrated with TripAdvisor, Kayak, Sidestep and PriceGrabber. Content is expected to appear on these sites and others in the Quarter.

·         ICE Portal’s New Bigger Virtual Tour Windows

We’ve increased the viewer window for our virtual tours to better show the virtual tours. It is especially impressive with ICE Portal’s new hi-quality Virtual Tours.

We’ve been striving to produce and deliver superb quality virtual tours and to that end recently upgraded all our hardware and software. We’ve added new photographers and affiliates all over the globe to meet these standards.

·         New Edit Brochure Features

ICE Portal has simplified and improved the user interface to allow you to easily mange and update all you content. Simply log into ICE Portal, and click on the Edit Brochure Icon (“ ”) to see how to easily manage your content.

·         Google now links to ICE Portal’s digital brochures

Here is how it works:

1.       A consumer would do a search on Google “Hotels in Hollywood, FL” for example.

2.       Below the sponsored links and above the first organic link, there is a link for “Local results” that take the consumer to a page with a Google Map that has pins where hotels are located (and the hotels names on the left).

3.       If a client clicks the hotel name or pin a dialog window pops up – within that window are links for more info, and if a digital brochure exists on ICE Portal, a link will take them to a page created to display your digital brochure and even link to your website and/or booking engine.

Currently only North America and Europe are covered by Google Maps, but we are told they are working on other areas of the world and should be rolling more out soon.

Update Your Information – PLEASE
ICE Portal recently added new supplier information fields to make it easier for Google to list your property with textual information, and to add more sales copy to your digital brochure.

Please take a few minutes and go to www.ICEportal.com and update your information --after logging in, click on the property name and you will see the supplier info fields at the bottom of the page. The sooner you update your information, the higher your ranking on Google will be and let us know what link you’d like provide for us to send prospects.

Don’t forget to provide a link to your website and/or a booking engine so we can include a link from the digital brochure to your website / booking engine.
