"Pro Kapital” has gained highest place at Latvia’s national contest for developers of real estate projects “The Best New Project”. DOMINA INN RIGA hotel building in the art nouveau center of Riga at Pulkveza Brieza Street 11 is the best elitist reconstructed house, admitted national experts at the first contest for developers of real estate projects “The Best New Project”. Merging of private apartment houses with hotel and creation of common social area is what makes this project unique.

This house with 37 apartments and 110 hotel rooms was reconstructed in 2005. Total area of the project is 7487 m2 which are divided at several buildings that are merged at the project. Exclusive building materials are used not just in apartments where marmoreal and parquet is used but also in social areas, for instance, wrought metal banisters.

The contest “The Best New Project” was organized together with Riga City Council and major nongovernmental organizations of the industry.
