Chip Hospitality, one of Canada's leading hotel management companies, has made several corporate changes to it's Sales and Marketing department to strengthen the company's leadership position as Canada's premier mid-market hotel company.

RACHEL KOLLER has been promoted to Senior Director, Sales and Marketing for CHIP Hospitality. She will now lead and oversee the team that drives the sales and marketing for CHIP Hospitality's 32 hotels across Canada, as well as continue to be responsible for CHIP's sales strategies and training.  Ms. Koller has over 18 years of senior sales and marketing management in the hospitality industry including her own company representing independent resorts and hotels in western Canada.

GENEVIEVE RYDELL has been promoted to the position of National Sales Manager.  This new role was created to develop and manage CHIP's sales and training programs, as well as oversee the strategies of the National Sales Team.  Ms. Rydell has extensive experience in national sales and before joining CHIP in 2000 she worked for Atilific Hotels & Resorts in various operational roles including Extended-Stay Sales & Services Manager.  She has been in the industry for over 15 years and received formal hotel training in Switzerland.

CHIP Hospitality is also pleased to announce the appointment of HOLLY PETERSON, to the position of Marketing Manager. Ms. Peterson's previous experience includes restaurant marketing for a national chain as well as marketing and promotions in the consumer electronics industry.  In her role, she will provide leadership and support in the development and
execution of marketing programs. Ms. Peterson is also responsible for the company's national programs, websites and public relations initiatives.
