LXR Luxury Resorts & Hotels Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing Mark Komine announces the appointments of MARTINE BIENAMIE, SANDRA MONTESANO, TAMMIE ROCK and MARK FORD as area sales managers responsible for furthering corporate and group sales among the four properties comprising the LXR South Florida Collection: the Miami Beach Resort & Spa in Miami Beach; Key Largo Grande Resort & Beach Club in Key Largo; and Casa Marina Resort & Beach Club and Reach Resort, both in Key West.

“LXR’s South Florida Collection offers a diverse selection of venues to fit varying group needs, and we have assembled a seasoned team to both identify and accommodate these needs,” said Komine. “Martine, Tammie, Sandra and Mark have proven themselves to be effective leaders in our industry, and we believe they will continue to excel in their new positions.”

Martine BienAime, who focuses on the Southeast U.S. market, comes to LXR most recently from the Wyndham Miami Airport, where she served as sales manager, handling the Government and Association Market.  

Sandra Montesano, who is responsible for primarily the Midwest market, was most recently with the Sofitel in Minneapolis, MN.  Prior to this, she spent 10 years as director of Worldwide Accounts with Carlson Hotels & Resorts, and before that she was director of sales for the Midwest region for Manele Bay Resort & The Lodge at Koele on the island of Lanai in Hawaii.  She has also held the position of director of sales (USA) for Langham Hotels International.

Tammie Rock, who spearheads efforts for the Insurance and Midwest markets, held the position of senior sales manager for the top Disney Resorts in Orlando for the past four years. Prior to this, she worked for Wyndham as a sales manager, specifically selling the impressive El Conquistador Resort & Golden Door Spa in Puerto Rico.

Mark Ford, who handles the Mid-Atlantic market, comes to LXR most recently from the Hilton Daytona Beach in Daytona Beach, Fla., where he held the position of director of sales. Prior to this, he worked at the Fontainebleau Resort in Miami Beach, Fla.
