Amelia Island Plantation is proud to welcome a new Director of Sales, PAUL DAKE. Dake comes to the resort with more than 20 years of experience in sales.  He has worked as Director of Sales at Hawk’s Cay Resort and South Seas Resorts and Director of Mid-Atlantic Sales at the Saddlebrook Resort.  Most recently, Dake owned and developed Connect, LLC, a site selection company designed to assist corporate event clients in placing meeting and incentive programs.  Dake joined Amelia Island Plantation in late February.   “We are delighted to bring such a talented, experienced and knowledgeable member to our team of dedicated sales managers,” said Richard Goldman, Vice President of Marketing at Amelia Island Plantation.  “Paul is sure to bring many new and exciting opportunities to meeting planners booking at Amelia Island Plantation.”

A seasoned hospitality professional, Dake is a proven leader, specializing in team development and profit growth.  He is a creative problem solver who takes initiative.   Dake is excited to bring creative methods to the Amelia Island Plantation sales team to meet the needs of planners across all industries.
