The Arizona Biltmore Resort & Spa has named JULIA R. THORN the director of marketing communications, announced Sean Maddock, vice president and general manager.
Ms. Thorn comes to the historic resort from Phoenix-based E. B. Lane Marketing Communications, where as Group Director of Hospitality, Tourism and Travel Accounts for the advertising agency she oversaw destination, spa and resort clients including the Arizona Biltmore. Her 23 years of senior marketing and advertising experience includes serving as management supervisor at Source Communications in Newark, New Jersey, and as an account supervisor for Evans, Hardy +Young, Inc., Santa Barbara.
