PANORAMA HOSPITALITY is a Tokyo-based hotel asset management and operating company serving the Asia Pacific and Europe regions. The company commenced business in September 2005 by spinning off the hotel operating and management business of Morgan Stanley Properties Japan, a leading property asset management firm. With experienced industry professionals, strategic operational and human resources management capabilities, Panorama Hospitality works in partnership with hotel owners and management to improve profitability, efficiency and the experience of guests.  The Panorama Hospitality has a portfolio of more than 40 hotels in Japan and other countries.

On June 1, 2007 Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds Acquired 13 Hotels from ANA Group, operated by IHG ANA Hotels Group.  Panorama Hospitality was appointed as Asset Manager and assumed all management responsibilities for the following portfolio including the flagship Tokyo property at Ark Hills that was rebranded as the ANA InterContinental Tokyo on April 1st.
