Following her dream of either being a Flight Attendant or a Psychologist, her father was a wise man as he put her on a plane to Switzerland where she attended the Lucerne School of Hospitality Management – well;… she may not have become a flight attendant, however she did get to travel quite a lot in a world of Hospitality.
Her hospitality career, for almost a decade, has been extremely rewarding and enjoyable at the top of our greatest Service Industry. Enjoyable because she has and is always learning a great deal … Also, it has been Rewarding because of the opportunities of being developed as well as developing her team members, she has progressed with an ultimate goal of guests satisfaction.
Having worked on two different continents / major cities, such as Naples, Florida, starting in the banquet department at The Ritz-Carlton, while concurrently in the United States of America she managed to complete her studies at the Florida International University, following her two and half years in Switzerland. Stella has been on the opening teams of two Ritz-Carlton Hotels, firstly in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and secondly at The Ritz-Carlton, Washington DC, USA. Her most recent post, before joining the CHA's family was also at the opening of Hilton's Asian flagship hotel, the Hilton Kuala Lumpur.
During her decade in Hospitality she has mastered headed, respectfully, both Food & Beverage and Rooms Division. Since she opened hotels in both disciplines, she had a rare opportunity to have such in-depth knowledge of both divisions. Ultimately her key strength is people skills. Being a great judge of character, caring personality, and genuine respect, has set her on a successful path through out her Career moves.
