Marriott Resorts & Spas announce its appointments and promotions of three senior leaders.

LARS KERFIN has been appointed to the position of Director of Operations for Bangkok Marriott Resort & Spa. Prior to this position, Lars was the Resident Manager at Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa after having spent 4 years in Rooms Division at Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa.  

NAOWARAT ARUNKONG has been promoted to the position of Director of Operations for Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa. Naowarat has been with Bangkok Marriott Resort & Spa for 8 years in the capacity of Front Office Manager, Group Director of Reservations and has spent the past 3 years in her current position as Rooms Division Manager.  

HANS VAN STEERTEGEM has been appointed to the position of Director of Operations for Pattaya Marriott Resort & Spa. HANS joined Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa in January 2007 as of Director of Operations. Prior to this role, Hans worked for Inter Continental Taba Heights Egypt as Director of Food & Beverage.
