Peter Pollmeier, General Manager of InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong, has announced the appointment of BONNIE LAU to the position of Director of Sales.

Bonnie brings with her more than 12 year intensive sales work experience in the hospitality industry from several major international hotels in Hong Kong such as Langham Hotel, Regal Airport Hotel, The Hong Kong hotel and Hong Kong Renaissance Hotel.

Prior to InterContinental Grand Stanford, Bonnie worked as the Director of Sales - Corporate at the Langham Hotel Hong Kong, where she has worked for eight years.  

Bonnie was educated in Switzerland and held a diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management and diploma in Hospitality Management. 

“Having worked for several major hotel players in the hospitality industry have helped me established my network and prepared me to work and be part of the InterContinental Hotel Group, the world’s largest hotel group.  The task ahead is very challenging but at the same time exciting,” said Bonnie.
