Mr. Peter Pollmeier, General Manager of InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong, is pleased to announce the appointment of GOTTFRID TSE to the position of Front Office Manager.
Gottfrid has over 10 years work experience in the hospitality industry primarily in the Front Office operation within the InterContinental Hotel Group (IHG). He was previously the Front Office Manager at the luxury property InterContinental Shenzen; and the Reception Manager at InterContinental Hong Kong.
"As the InterContinental Grand Stanford continues to develop its position as the five star hotel of choice for the business travelers, Gottfrid’s intensive experience in the front office operation within IHG makes him a strong appointment that will ensure smooth, consistent and quality service deliverance to our guests.” Mr. Pollmeier said.
Gottfrid started his career in the hospitality industry at the Regent Hong Kong as a Trainee. He fast tracked his career within the hotel to become Guest Services Supervisor within a short span of time, during when InterContinental Hotel group has moved into Hong Kong and has later on acquired the property in 2001.
