MR. RAYBURN most recently served as the Director of Group Sales at the Renaissance Hotel Denver and the Hilton San Diego Gaslamp Quarter. A graduate of Purdue University, Mr. Rayburn has more than 10 years experience in the hospitality industry, including holding senior sales positions at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina, the Shelter Pointe Hotel & Marina and the Doubletree Hotel San Diego Mission Valley, all in San Diego.
Mr. Schöttle, who started his career in his native Germany, was most recently the Chef de Partie at The Kitchen in Boulder. He also brings more than a decade of experience to the table, including cooking at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Essence in Auckland, New Zealand, the Sheraton Mirage in Port Douglas, Australia and Lepinasse in New York.
