Steve Ragsdale, General Manager of The Westin Lake Mary, Orlando North, Lake Mary Mayor David Mealor and several other local dignitaries were on hand this morning to cut the ribbon as part of the official festivities for the hotel.    It is located in the heart of the high-tech business corridor with easy access to Interstate-4, 11 miles from the Sanford/Orlando International Airport and 30 miles from Orlando International Airport.
